Occidental Costa Cancun Hotel, Cancun

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the staff was incredibly attentive and made our stay enjoyable, the rooms left a lot to be desired with various maintenance issues. The pool area and activities provided were enjoyable, making for a fun atmosphere. However, the lost reservation and resulting room situation were very disappointing.
