I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the staff was incredibly attentive and made our stay enjoyable, the rooms left a lot to be desired with various maintenance issues. I had such an incredible time at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was so welcoming, and I truly felt at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Sheyla S., who encouraged us to participate in beach activities. However, I felt that the dining options could be expanded, and the pool could be a bit warmer for a more comfortable swim. Overall, it was a memorable stay with many special moments.
